How our starting prices work
Every piece of land is different, so think of these as starting points, not quotes. Each one assumes a typical lot and the usual amount of site work. Show us your land and we'll walk it with you, then put together an actual price for your home on your lot.
If your lot needs more or less than usual, the price moves with it, and we'll walk you through why. Starting prices are as of October 2026.
